Event Summary
As part of your mentoring journey, you are warmly invited to an in-depth training session led by Elo Mentorat. This 1.5-hour interactive session is designed to provide you with concrete tools for your role as mentor, and to enrich your practices. Topics include:
A better understanding of key mentoring skills:
Accompanying without giving ready-made solutions
Developing active listening skills
Asking strategic questions
Providing useful and caring feedback
Learn how to apply these skills in your mentoring encounters
Through concrete strategies
By practicing these strategies in small groups
By sharing your experiences and challenges with other mentors
