MWCN Mentorship Networking Event – 5 à 7 & Dual Workshops - St-Rémi
Join us for an engaging networking evening designed to bring together employers and job seekers who want to overcome language-related barriers in Quebec’s workforce. This event is supported by PERT and highlights the Circonflexe Mentorship Program .
The evening begins with a relaxed networking cocktail, offering participants a chance to meet, connect, and discover new opportunities.
Following the networking portion, two simultaneous workshops will take place, each tailored to a specific audience and led by experienced panelists:
For Employers (in French):
Learn how the Circonflexe Mentorship Program can support your hiring needs by connecting you with highly qualified candidates whose only obstacle may be limited French proficiency. The program provides tools to facilitate smooth integration and successful recruitment.
For Job Seekers (in English):
If limited French skills have held you back from entering the job market, this workshop will help you better understand the support available to you, how mentorship can boost your confidence, and how to take your next steps with clarity.
